Acceptable Use and Content Policy

This Acceptable Use and Content Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Sinuze.
By using Sinuze, you agree to follow this policy, our Terms of Service, and all applicable laws.
Sinuze is intended only for users who are 18 years or older.
1. Core rule
Sinuze is an AI-driven entertainment and creator platform for adults.
Public content must remain non-explicit.
Private AI interactions may include mature themes, but explicit content may be restricted, limited, moderated, disabled, or removed under platform rules.
2. Public content rules
Public content must not include:
- nudity;
- explicit sexual acts;
- pornographic content;
- explicit sexual thumbnails or previews;
- visible genitalia;
- explicit sexual fluids;
- public sexual solicitation;
- sexualized minors or young-looking personas;
- non-consensual sexual content;
- illegal sexual content.
Allowed public content may include:
- fashion;
- lifestyle;
- cinematic portraits;
- non-explicit sensuality;
- dramatic storytelling;
- fictional persona content;
- entertainment content;
- creator branding;
- artistic or editorial visuals.
Public content may be mature in tone, but it must not be explicit.
3. Private interaction rules
Private AI interactions may include mature themes, but users must not request, create, share, or encourage prohibited content.
Sinuze may restrict or disable private interactions that violate this policy, the Terms, provider restrictions, or applicable law.
4. Zero tolerance: minors and young-looking content
Sinuze has zero tolerance for sexual content involving:
- minors;
- fictional minors;
- AI-generated minors;
- young-looking personas;
- school-coded sexualization;
- age-ambiguous sexualized characters;
- simulated CSAM;
- “barely legal” framing;
- childlike body proportions in sexual contexts;
- attempts to claim that a young-looking sexualized character is “actually 18”.
This applies even if the character is fictional, AI-generated, animated, synthetic, roleplayed, or not based on a real person.
If a sexualized character looks underage, is framed as underage, is school-coded, or is age-ambiguous, it is prohibited.
5. Non-consensual intimate content and deepfakes
You must not create, request, upload, share, sell, or distribute:
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- sexual deepfakes;
- intimate content using a real person’s face, voice, body, or likeness without permission;
- fake sexual content involving a real person;
- content implying someone consented when they did not;
- blackmail, sextortion, or coercive sexual content.
This rule applies to both real and AI-generated content.
6. Real-person likeness and impersonation
You must not:
- impersonate another person;
- create a profile that misleads users into believing you are someone else;
- use another person’s name, face, voice, likeness, or identity without permission;
- create fake endorsements;
- create deceptive celebrity/public figure content;
- misrepresent an AI persona as a real human;
- misrepresent human, AI, or hybrid status.
Fictional AI personas are allowed if they do not misuse a real person’s likeness or violate other rules.
7. Harassment and abuse
You must not use Sinuze to:
- harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others;
- encourage harassment;
- dox someone;
- share private personal information without permission;
- target people based on protected characteristics;
- coordinate attacks or pile-ons;
- create abusive AI personas designed to harass someone.
8. Exploitation and illegal activity
You must not use Sinuze to create, promote, request, or facilitate:
- trafficking;
- exploitation;
- coercion;
- illegal sexual services;
- fraud;
- scams;
- phishing;
- malware;
- spam;
- evasion of law enforcement;
- sale of illegal goods or services;
- instructions for serious harm.
9. Hate, extremism, and violence
You must not create, request, share, or promote:
- hate speech;
- extremist propaganda;
- praise or support for terrorist organizations;
- threats of violence;
- graphic violence intended to shock or harass;
- instructions for violent wrongdoing;
- targeted dehumanization.
10. Self-harm and dangerous behavior
You must not use Sinuze to encourage:
- suicide;
- self-harm;
- eating disorders;
- dangerous challenges;
- reckless behavior;
- abuse of drugs or substances;
- medical misinformation likely to cause harm.
Supportive or recovery-oriented content may be allowed if it is safe and non-graphic.
11. Intellectual property
You must not upload, generate, sell, or distribute content that violates someone else’s:
- copyright;
- trademark;
- privacy rights;
- publicity/personality rights;
- contractual rights;
- creator rights.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to materials you use.
12. Platform abuse
You must not:
- scrape the platform;
- abuse APIs;
- reverse engineer restricted systems;
- bypass safety filters;
- bypass age gates;
- create multiple accounts to evade enforcement;
- manipulate engagement metrics;
- engage in payment fraud;
- submit false reports in bad faith;
- interfere with service security.
13. Creator monetization abuse
Creators must not monetize:
- prohibited sexual content;
- illegal content;
- stolen content;
- impersonation;
- non-consensual likenesses;
- misleading AI/human identity;
- fake engagement;
- scam content;
- content that violates third-party platform rules.
Sinuze may restrict monetization, withhold payouts, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.
14. Enforcement
If you violate this policy, Sinuze may:
- remove content;
- restrict content visibility;
- label content;
- block prompts;
- disable AI outputs;
- suspend or terminate accounts;
- restrict Creator Hub access;
- restrict payments or payouts;
- preserve records for safety/legal reasons;
- report serious illegal activity where required.
15. Reporting violations
To report illegal content, abuse, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, minor-safety concerns, or other violations, contact:

Include:
- link or username/profile identifier;
- description of the issue;
- why you believe it violates the rules or law;
- whether you are directly affected;
- screenshots or evidence where lawful and appropriate.
16. Appeals
If your content or account was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact:
privacy@sinuze.com
We may refuse repetitive, abusive, bad-faith, or unlawful appeals.
