Sinuze Boutique (“Sinuze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you use Sinuze.com, create an account, interact with AI-generated personas, use creator tools, access private areas, or contact us.
Sinuze is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use Sinuze.

2. What Sinuze is
Sinuze is an AI-driven entertainment and creator platform for adults. The service may include fictional AI-generated personas, synthetic influencers, human creators, hybrid creator profiles, private AI interactions, paid creator tools, subscriptions, custom content requests, and creator monetization features.
Public content on Sinuze must remain non-explicit. Private AI interactions may include mature themes, but explicit content may be restricted, limited, moderated, disabled, or removed under our platform rules.
3. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use Sinuze, we may collect the following categories of personal data.
Account data
This may include:
- email address;
- username;
- password authentication handled by our authentication provider;
- Supabase/authentication user ID;
- login/session information;
- email verification status;
- OAuth account identifiers if you sign in with a third-party login provider.
We do not store your raw password in our application code.
Age and consent data
This may include:
- confirmation that you are 18 years or older;
- age confirmation flag;
- privacy/GDPR consent or acknowledgement flag;
- future consent timestamp, policy version, consent source, and locale if implemented.
Profile and creator data
This may include:
- username;
- creator profile settings;
- AI persona names, descriptions, prompts, preferences, tags, or configurations;
- AI/human/hybrid profile status;
- generated profile content;
- creator settings;
- subscription or Creator Hub status.
Content and interaction data
This may include:
- prompts and instructions;
- AI-generated outputs;
- chat messages;
- private AI interaction history;
- custom media or content requests;
- public posts or feed content;
- comments, reactions, or engagement data if these features are added;
- safety, abuse, or moderation flags.
Payment and billing data
If paid features are enabled, we may process:
- subscription status;
- transaction identifiers;
- invoices;
- payment method metadata;
- billing email;
- usage-based billing information;
- creator payout information if monetization is enabled.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details in our own systems.
Technical data

- timestamps;

- error logs;
- cookie/localStorage data;
- usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
Reports and support requests

- prevent misuse of AI features.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or monetizing them.
To keep the platform safe
We may use data to:
- detect prohibited content;
- prevent abuse, fraud, spam, harassment, impersonation, deepfakes without consent, and illegal activity;
- enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy;
- investigate user reports;
- protect minors from access to restricted areas;
- prevent attempts to bypass age restrictions or safety systems.
To comply with legal obligations

- preventing illegal or harmful use;

- certain data processing features if they are not necessary for the service;
- age/consent confirmations where implemented as consent.
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

6. Private chats and AI interactions
Private chats may need to be stored and processed for the service to function.
Sinuze does not routinely manually review private conversations. However, private chats are not end-to-end encrypted unless we expressly say otherwise. Messages may be processed by AI systems, infrastructure providers, automated safety systems, or authorized personnel in limited cases.
This may happen for:
- service operation;
- AI response generation;
- maintaining chat history;
- abuse prevention;
- safety monitoring;
- prohibited content detection;
- user reports;
- legal compliance;
- fraud prevention;
- security;
- debugging and reliability;
- enforcement of our Terms and policies.
Human review may occur only in limited cases, such as a user report, safety escalation, illegal content concern, suspected abuse, fraud/security incident, legal request, or platform integrity issue.
Do not use Sinuze to send or request illegal content, sexual content involving minors or young-looking personas, non-consensual intimate content, deepfakes without consent, impersonation, exploitation, harassment, or other prohibited content.
7. AI providers and infrastructure providers
To operate Sinuze, we may use third-party providers for:
- authentication and database hosting;
- cloud hosting;
- AI generation;
- email delivery;
- payment processing;
- analytics if added later;
- age verification if added later;
- moderation/safety tools if added later.
These providers may process personal data only as needed to provide their services to us, unless otherwise stated.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and local storage for essential purposes such as:
- authentication;
- session management;
- security;
- age-gate confirmation;
- private guide access;
- remembering necessary service state.

If we add analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or non-essential cookies later, we will update this Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and, where required, ask for consent.
9. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.
Our general retention approach is:
- account data: kept while your account exists;
- profile data: kept while your account exists;
- chat history: kept while your account exists unless deleted earlier or retained for safety/legal reasons;
- consent records: kept as compliance evidence;
- billing records: kept as required for tax, accounting, disputes, chargebacks, and legal obligations;
- reports/moderation logs: kept for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute resolution;
- security logs: kept for a limited period necessary for security and fraud prevention;
- deleted accounts: deleted where technically and legally possible, subject to limited retention for legal, billing, safety, fraud, or backup reasons.
10. Account deletion
You may delete your account through the account page where this feature is available.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent. It may remove your account, profile, and related account data where technically and legally possible.
Deletion may not remove:
- records we must keep for tax, accounting, legal, fraud, security, or dispute reasons;
- content you exported or posted outside Sinuze;
- data held by third-party platforms outside our control;
- backups until they expire through normal backup rotation;
- safety or moderation records that must be retained for legitimate/legal reasons.

11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing;
- receive a copy of your data;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- complain to a data protection authority.

We aim to respond to privacy requests within one month, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you are in Slovakia or the EU/EEA and believe your data protection rights were not handled properly, you may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. For Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
12. International users and transfers
Sinuze.com may be accessed internationally. Your data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, depending on our service providers and infrastructure.
Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
13. Children and minors
Sinuze is intended only for users who are 18 years or older.
Minors must not create accounts, access restricted features, use private AI interaction features, or use Creator Hub tools.
If we learn that a minor has created an account or accessed restricted features, we may suspend or delete the account and related data.

14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the service, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Sinuze after an update means the updated Privacy Policy applies from its effective date.
