Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sinuze.com and related services operated by Sinuze Boutique (“Sinuze”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using Sinuze, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Sinuze is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

1. The service

Sinuze is an AI-driven entertainment and creator platform for adults. The service may include:

• —fictional AI-generated personas;
• —synthetic influencers;
• —human creator profiles;
• —hybrid creator profiles;
• —AI chat and private interactions;
• —public non-explicit feed content;
• —Creator Hub / Creator Room tools;
• —paid subscriptions;
• —custom content or media requests;
• —creator monetization features;
• —AI-generated text, images, media, and profile outputs.

Sinuze may change, add, limit, suspend, or remove features at any time.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sinuze.

By using Sinuze, creating an account, or confirming the AgeGate, you represent that you are 18 or older.

You must not use Sinuze if you are under 18.

We may suspend or delete accounts if we believe the user is underage, has misrepresented their age, or has attempted to bypass age restrictions.

3. Public content standard

Public content on Sinuze must remain non-explicit.

Publicly visible content must not include:

• —nudity;
• —explicit sexual acts;
• —pornographic content;
• —explicit thumbnails or previews;
• —sexualized minors;
• —young-looking sexualized personas;
• —age-ambiguous sexualized characters;
• —school-coded sexualization;
• —non-consensual sexual content;
• —illegal sexual content.

Public content may be cinematic, stylish, sensual, fashion-oriented, influencer-oriented, artistic, dramatic, lifestyle-oriented, or mature in tone, but it must not become explicit pornography.

4. Private AI interactions

Private AI interactions may include mature themes, but explicit content is not an unrestricted platform feature.

Sinuze may restrict, limit, moderate, disable, or remove explicit content or mature interactions under these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, safety rules, legal obligations, or provider restrictions.

You must not use private AI interactions to request, create, share, or encourage prohibited content.

5. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• —provide accurate information;
• —keep your login credentials secure;
• —use only your own account;
• —not share your account in a way that violates these Terms;
• —notify us if your account is compromised;
• —not create accounts for minors;
• —not bypass bans, suspensions, or safety restrictions.

We may require username, email, age confirmation, and consent/acknowledgement of policies before allowing access to protected features.

6. AI, human, and hybrid profiles

Sinuze may use profile labels or badges to distinguish:

• —AI-generated or synthetic personas;
• —human creators;
• —hybrid creators combining human input and AI-generated/synthetic media.

You must not misrepresent whether a profile is AI, human, or hybrid.

You must not use Sinuze to impersonate another person, create deceptive deepfakes, falsely imply endorsement, or use another person’s likeness without permission.

7. Creator Hub and user-created personas

If Creator Hub / Creator Room features are enabled, users may create and manage AI influencers or personas.

You are responsible for:

• —persona names, prompts, descriptions, instructions, and settings you provide;
• —ensuring your personas do not violate these Terms;
• —ensuring you have rights to any materials you upload or submit;
• —reviewing AI outputs before publishing or monetizing them;
• —complying with third-party platform rules when using outputs outside Sinuze.

You may use personas and content you create through Sinuze, including outside the platform, subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party platform rules, and payment obligations.

Sinuze retains all rights in its platform, software, systems, tools, workflows, infrastructure, brand, and underlying technology.

You do not acquire ownership of Sinuze’s platform, software, infrastructure, model orchestration, internal workflows, or proprietary systems.

8. User content and license to Sinuze

You retain any rights you have in content you submit to Sinuze.

By submitting, creating, uploading, posting, or generating content through Sinuze, you grant Sinuze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, adapt, and use that content as needed to:

• —operate the service;
• —provide AI and creator features;
• —display public content;
• —process private interactions;
• —enforce policies;
• —moderate abuse;
• —respond to reports;
• —improve reliability and safety;
• —comply with legal obligations.

This license ends when your content is deleted, except where retention is necessary for legal, safety, backup, billing, fraud, dispute, or legitimate operational reasons.

9. AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable.

Sinuze does not guarantee that AI outputs:

• —are accurate;
• —are lawful for your intended use;
• —do not infringe third-party rights;
• —will be accepted by other platforms;
• —will generate income;
• —will increase followers;
• —will perform consistently;
• —will match your expectations.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using, publishing, distributing, or monetizing them.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not use Sinuze to create, request, upload, post, distribute, sell, promote, or facilitate:

• —sexual content involving minors;
• —sexual content involving young-looking or age-ambiguous personas;
• —simulated CSAM or fictional minor sexual content;
• —non-consensual intimate imagery;
• —sexual deepfakes without consent;
• —impersonation;
• —unauthorized real-person likeness use;
• —harassment, stalking, threats, or abuse;
• —exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or blackmail;
• —illegal sexual services;
• —hate, extremist, or violent content;
• —self-harm encouragement;
• —fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malware, or scraping;
• —payment fraud or chargeback abuse;
• —attempts to bypass age gates, safety systems, moderation, or restrictions;
• —unlawful content or activity.

11. Payments, subscriptions, and fees

Sinuze may offer paid features, including:

• —Creator Hub / Creator Room subscriptions;
• —paid AI persona creation tools;
• —additional persona fees;
• —usage-based AI/resource fees;
• —paid private chat access;
• —custom content or media unlocks;
• —creator monetization;
• —platform fees or commissions;
• —creator payouts.

Prices, included usage, limits, fees, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be shown at checkout or inside the relevant product area.

You agree to pay all fees you accept.

Sinuze may change prices, included usage, feature availability, or payment terms with notice where required.

12. Refunds and cancellations

If subscriptions or paid digital services are enabled, the refund and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable payment terms.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise:

• —subscriptions renew until cancelled;
• —cancellation stops future renewal but may not refund the current billing period;
• —consumed digital services, custom generated content, AI usage, and unlocked media may be non-refundable where legally permitted;
• —failed payments may result in loss of access;
• —chargebacks or payment abuse may result in account restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

13. Creator monetization

If creator monetization is enabled, creators may be able to earn revenue from paid content, custom requests, subscriptions, chat interactions, or other features.

Sinuze does not guarantee income, followers, reach, engagement, virality, or monetization success.

Creator payouts may depend on:

• —user purchases;
• —platform fees;
• —payment provider fees;
• —taxes;
• —refunds;
• —chargebacks;
• —fraud checks;
• —account status;
• —policy compliance;
• —payout provider rules.

We may withhold, delay, reverse, or refuse payouts where required by law, payment provider rules, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or policy violations.

14. Moderation and enforcement

Sinuze may use automated systems and limited human review to detect, prevent, or respond to abuse, illegal content, safety risks, fraud, and policy violations.

We may:

• —remove content;
• —restrict visibility;
• —label content;
• —disable AI outputs;
• —block prompts;
• —suspend accounts;
• —terminate accounts;
• —restrict monetization;
• —withhold payouts where allowed or required;
• —report serious illegal activity where required;
• —preserve records for safety or legal reasons.

We do not guarantee perfect moderation or real-time detection.

15. Reports and appeals

You may report illegal content, abuse, safety concerns, impersonation, non-consensual content, minor-safety concerns, privacy issues, or rights violations by contacting:

If we remove content, restrict an account, or take action against a profile, affected users may contact us at the same address to request review, unless the case involves serious abuse, legal restrictions, repeat violations, or bad-faith conduct.

16. Account deletion

You may delete your account where this feature is available.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may remove your account, profile, and related data where technically and legally possible.

Some data may remain where required for legal, billing, tax, safety, fraud, dispute, security, or backup reasons.

Account deletion does not remove content you exported, downloaded, reposted, or published outside Sinuze.

17. Service availability

Sinuze may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, changed, or discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or continued availability of any feature.

18. Third-party services

Sinuze may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, AI generation, payment processing, email, analytics, moderation, or age verification.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

19. International access

Sinuze.com may be accessible internationally.

You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access or use Sinuze.

We may restrict access, features, payments, creator tools, or content in certain countries or regions.

20. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of Sinuze after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement under the law of your country of residence.

The courts of the Slovak Republic shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or to rely on the consumer-protection rules that apply there.
