AI and Synthetic Persona Disclosure

Sinuze is built around fictional AI-generated personas, synthetic influencers, human creators, and hybrid creator profiles.

This page explains how AI and synthetic content may appear on Sinuze.

1. AI-generated personas

Some profiles on Sinuze may be fully AI-generated or synthetic.

An AI persona may have:

• —a fictional name;
• —fictional biography;
• —AI-generated images or media;
• —AI-generated text;
• —AI-assisted behavior;
• —automated or AI-generated chat responses;
• —human-led creative direction.

AI personas are not real people unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Human creators

Some profiles may represent human creators.

Human creator labels may indicate that a profile represents a real person or human-led account. This does not necessarily mean the creator’s legal identity is publicly disclosed.

Human creators must not impersonate another person or upload another person’s likeness without permission.

3. Hybrid creators

Some profiles may be hybrid.

A hybrid creator profile may combine:

• —human creative direction;
• —AI-generated media;
• —synthetic persona systems;
• —human-owned branding;
• —automated AI communication;
• —human-curated content.

Hybrid profiles should disclose when AI or synthetic media is involved.

4. Profile labels

Sinuze may use labels or icons to help users understand what type of profile they are viewing.

These labels include:

AI persona

“This profile is an AI-generated or synthetic persona.”

Human creator

“This profile represents a human creator.”

Hybrid creator

“This profile may combine human creator input with AI-generated or synthetic media.”

Labels may appear on profiles, content cards, hover tooltips, tap tooltips, chat screens, or other interface areas.

5. AI chat disclosure

When you interact with an AI persona, you may be interacting with an AI system.

AI replies may be generated automatically based on prompts, persona settings, conversation context, system design, and other inputs.

AI personas do not have human consciousness, legal identity, personal agency, or real-world experiences unless those details are fictional storytelling elements.

6. AI-generated images, videos, and media

Sinuze may contain AI-generated or AI-assisted media.

AI-generated media may include:

• —portraits;
• —fashion/lifestyle images;
• —cinematic visuals;
• —profile images;
• —custom media;
• —promotional visuals;
• —private content unlocks where enabled.

AI-generated media should not be used to mislead people into believing it is a real person or real event when it is not.

7. No impersonation or real-person misuse

You must not use Sinuze to:

• —impersonate another person;
• —create deceptive deepfakes;
• —create sexual or intimate content involving a real person without permission;
• —create fake endorsements;
• —misuse celebrity/public figure likenesses;
• —present synthetic content as authentic real-world evidence;
• —mislead users about whether content is AI-generated.

8. AI limitations

AI systems may generate content that is:

• —inaccurate;
• —unexpected;
• —inconsistent;
• —offensive;
• —incomplete;
• —biased;
• —unsafe;
• —unsuitable for publication;
• —not compliant with third-party platform rules.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing, exporting, using, or monetizing them.

Sinuze may restrict, label, remove, or disable AI-generated content that violates platform rules.

9. Public content and mature themes

Sinuze’s public content must remain non-explicit.

Private AI interactions may include mature themes, but explicit content may be restricted, limited, moderated, disabled, or removed under platform rules.

AI-generated sexual content involving minors, young-looking personas, non-consensual intimate imagery, or real-person deepfakes without consent is prohibited.

10. Outside use of AI personas and outputs

Creators may use AI personas and outputs they create through Sinuze outside the platform, subject to:

• —Sinuze Terms;
• —applicable law;
• —payment obligations;
• —third-party platform rules;
• —no impersonation;
• —no real-person likeness misuse;
• —no prohibited content;
• —no misleading AI disclosure.

Third-party platforms may have their own AI content rules. Sinuze does not guarantee that content created through Sinuze will be accepted on any third-party platform.
