Report, Safety, and Contact

1. What you can report

You may contact us about:

  • illegal content;
  • minor-safety concerns;
  • sexual content involving minors or young-looking personas;
  • non-consensual intimate content;
  • deepfakes without consent;
  • impersonation;
  • real-person likeness misuse;
  • harassment or threats;
  • fraud or scams;
  • copyright or trademark concerns;
  • privacy requests;
  • account deletion questions;
  • payment or subscription issues;
  • security concerns;
  • moderation appeals;
  • general support.

2. How to submit a report

Send an email to:
privacy@sinuze.com

Please include as much relevant information as possible:

  • your email address;
  • link to the content, profile, message, or account if available;
  • username or profile name if available;
  • description of the issue;
  • why you believe the content is illegal or violates Sinuze rules;
  • whether you are directly affected;
  • screenshots or evidence where lawful and appropriate;
  • any urgent safety concern.

Do not send illegal content unless necessary to identify the issue. If possible, send links, profile identifiers, or descriptions instead.

3. Priority reports

We treat the following as high priority:

  • suspected minor sexual content;
  • child safety concerns;
  • non-consensual intimate content;
  • threats of serious harm;
  • trafficking or exploitation;
  • blackmail or sextortion;
  • account compromise;
  • active fraud or scams;
  • urgent legal requests.

4. What happens after a report

After receiving a report, Sinuze may:

  • review the content or account;
  • request more information;
  • restrict or remove content;
  • suspend or terminate an account;
  • restrict monetization;
  • preserve evidence where necessary;
  • escalate serious cases;
  • notify affected users where appropriate;
  • take no action if the report is unsupported or does not violate rules.

We may not always be able to share details of an investigation.

5. Appeals

If your content, account, monetization, or Creator Hub access was restricted and you believe this was a mistake, contact:
privacy@sinuze.com

Include:

  • your account email or username;
  • what action you are appealing;
  • why you believe the decision was incorrect;
  • any supporting information.

We may reject abusive, repetitive, fraudulent, bad-faith, or unlawful appeals.

6. Privacy requests

For privacy requests, contact:
privacy@sinuze.com

You may request:

  • access to your data;
  • correction;
  • deletion;
  • restriction;
  • objection;
  • portability where applicable;
  • withdrawal of consent where applicable.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a privacy request.

7. Account deletion

You may delete your account through the account page where this feature is available.

For deletion questions, contact:

Account deletion may be permanent and may not remove content you exported or posted outside Sinuze.

8. Security reports

If you believe you found a security issue, contact:

Please do not exploit, access, modify, delete, or share data that does not belong to you.
